Unfortunately that time had come where an unexpected repair came down the pike with everything else in life hitting you from all expenses. Everyone knows what I'm talking about but such as life and to be a responsible homeowner you gotta find out how to get it done when you have a family to care and provide for. Blessed.We were greatful that Revival had an opening to service and fix the issue with the AC. My service technician (Dane Shepard) was very professional and straight forward about the cost and possible problems with the unit being 30+ years old. Thankfully we were able to get it done. BlessedTo be honest when small maintenance happens to the home its the process of being a homeowner. Our AC capacitor went out on the hottest day of the year here in Vancouver, with temperatures reaching 97°F. Revival Heating & Cooling was able to get us scheduled and repaired within 24 hours, which was a huge relief.Ethan was professional, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. He arrived within the promised service window and had the repair completed in about an hour.I’m extremely pleased with the service and how quickly they got our home cooling properly again.
